All Sales are final. Please be very sure about the product you are ordering.  Once the correct item is shipped please bear in mind that if there is no defects and the order has already been shipped, then we cannot cancel the order.

PAYMENT

All payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and E-checks) are done through PayPal. PayPal is the world's largest Internet-based payment network.  You DO NOT need to have an account to pay using your credit card.    To pay using other methods, you will need to open a PayPal account. After your payment has been confirmed and received, your order will be processed and an email sent to you giving notification of the date your order is shipped, estimated delivery time and if applicable, the tracking number of your order.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:

All packages are shipped using standard shipping options utilizing the services of the Post Office.  For some countries, Express Mail shipping is available.  Other shipping options can be considered.  

Your shipping rates will vary depending on your location, the weight of the package and the method used to ship your order. Please see checkout cart for the calculated shipping rates for each shipping option. We are given estimated delivery time by the Post Office which might vary by a few days.

Express Service: 5- 9 business days

Your order should reach you within 5-9 business days in addition to processing and handling time.

Airmail Parcel:  14 - 21 days

Your goods should reach you within 14-21 days in addition to processing and handling time.

Airmail Surface (by Sea) 21:- 48 days

Your order shipped 3rd class, will reach you in 21- 48 days plus additional transit time might occur for the carrier. This time includes processing and handling time.

Processing Time is normally within 2 business days unless the customer is informed of other delays associated with custom ordered goods.

DELIVERY GUIDELINES

A package is considered delivered after one (1) calendar month unless otherwise informed by the customer. Customers must ensure that the correct address is entered for delivery as we will not be held responsible for any errors in your address that were caused by incorrect customer details.

Where the post office made an attempt to deliver the package and there was no one to receive it, the post office normally leaves notification. It is your duty to then contact the post office about receiving your package and ask for redelivery. When a package stays too long at the post office after the first attempt at delivery, the package is returned to the sender, at which point we become liable for return postage. We will only reship in this instance if the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENT

We will accept returns only if the items have been damaged during shipping, are defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped.  The cost of postage will be borne by Reggae Treats.  Reggae Treats will ship the replacement items at its own expense.  Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package and inform us of what is missing or incorrect so we can quickly rectify the situation.

We cannot accept the return of any product missing the serial number or UPC, any CD, DVD, VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) or any item that is not in its original condition or is missing parts.

Returns based on late delivery will NOT be accepted, as Reggae Treats does not have any control over the operations of the shipper.

RESHIPMENT GUIDELINES

For items unclaimed and returned to sender, we will consider reshipping the package, but it must be noted that the buyer will have to bear the full additional cost of reshipping, where we can show that the package postage had been previously paid for, shipped but remained unclaimed.

If your package is lost in the mail, we will reship your order (after 6 weeks), If we resend your order and we are later informed that you have received the original product shipment, we will bill the customer for the items received as in effect the customer would have received two (duplicate) shipments.     Please note that customers can refuse to accept the second package so that the shipment will be returned to Reggae Treats.

We hope that your ordered package will always reach you in the stated time but if the unforeseen occurs, we are always willing to work around it to ensure your satisfaction.

CUSTOM DUTIES (IF APPLICABLE)

Most products on our website might not attract duty but there is always the likelihood that they might attract duty. This is rarely so, but customers are liable for any duty costs imposed on them. Goods bought for own use or as gifts are much less likely to incur duties unlike commercial imports.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Please note that all handmade products will have slight variations, no two products will look the same as machines are not used to ensure consistency.
