If you visit or shop at reggaetreats.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use our Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Policies as changed. We encourage you to review them whenever you use this website.
All Sales are final. Please be very sure about the product you are ordering. Once the correct item is shipped please bear in mind that if there is no defects and the order has already been shipped, then we cannot cancel the order.
Some pictures are representational only. Some colors might be slightly different from the actual product, this is a result of various factors. We reserve the right to substitute some items subject to item availability after the order has been received. You will be informed of any adjustment to your order.
Not all items are stocked, as such, the processing time will be longer for these items. Items that are not stocked includes all items with an expiry date, handmade items, and other craft items
All payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and E-checks) are done through PayPal. PayPal is the world's largest Internet-based payment network. YouDO NOT need to have an account to pay using your credit card. To pay using other methods, you will need to open a PayPal account. After your payment has been confirmed and received, your order will be processed and an email sent to you giving notification of the date your order is shipped, estimated delivery time and if applicable, the tracking number of your order.
We reserve the right to delay the shipment on ALL order exceeding US$200, in order to satisfy ourselves that the payment is authentic.
We offer THREE shipping options through Jamaica Post and ONE through an international courier company for those clients that need their items urgently. For all our shipping options, you can calculate the rates once you place your items in the shopping cart. We have the shipping rates posted so that you don’t have to register first before knowing what the rates are. A handling charge of US$2 is added to the shipping rates on all orders received; this is to cover the cost for packaging materials.
Processing Time of all orders can take up to 2 business days, depending on the availability of item ordered.
Based on information received from Jamaica Post, the shipping rates will vary depending on the destination country, the weight of the package and the method used to ship your order. After placing your items in the shopping cart, you will be able to calculate the rates for each of the three (3) shipping options. The total weight of the item is round up to the nearest pound (that is how the post office charges for all packages), eg. if the package weight is 12.5 lbs you will pay for 13 lbs.
We are given estimated delivery time by the Post Office which might vary by a few days. All delivery times indicated below relates to items being shipped to the United States of America. Delivery times to all other countries will take longer. Please note the following three (3) shipping options:-
Your order should reach you within 5 business days of posting (sometimes sooner, sometimes later) depending on your proximity to the port of entry used by the Post Office.
Your goods should reach you within 14 days of posting (sometimes sooner, sometimes later) depending on your proximity to the port of entry used by the Post Office.
Your order travels 3rd class and will reach you between 21 to 48 days of posting (sometimes sooner, sometimes later) depending on your proximity to the port of entry used by the post office. We ship Surface Mail items ONLY on Mondays.
DHL offers a two-day service to most countries. Not all items on our website can be shipped using this method. Once an order is placed and this shipping option is selected, we will confirm with the company that the items purchased are not prohibited. We will consider shipping through other companies (UPS, FEDEX). We can send the items to you using your DHL account if you have one.
DHL rates are based on dimensional weight and not the actual weight of the package, unless the actual weight of the package is greater than the dimensional weight. For example, the actual weight is 3.5 kg, but by measuring the width, height and length of the package, the dimensional weight is 5 kg, then we are charged for 5.0 kg.
We ask each customer to inform us via email when the packages is received, so that we are satisfied that the items were received in good condition. All efforts are made to make sure that all items are properly packaged to reduce and\or eliminate breakage. A package is considered delivered after one (1) calendar month unless otherwise informed by the customer.
We cannot be held responsible for items that have been lost in the post due to incorrect addresses received from Customers.
We will accept Returns only if the items have been damaged during shipping, are defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped. The cost of postage will be borne by Reggae Treats. Reggae Treats will ship the replacement items at its own expense.
WWe cannot accept the return of any product that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) or any item that is not in its original condition or is missing parts.
In the event that an item is missing from your package, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package and inform us of what is missing or incorrect so we can quickly rectify the situation.
Refunds based on late delivery will NOT be accepted, as Reggae Treats does not have any control over the operations of the shipper.
For items unclaimed and returned to sender, we will consider reshipping the package, but it must be noted that the buyer will have to bear the full additional cost of reshipping, where we can show that the package postage had been previously paid for, shipped but remained unclaimed.
If your package is lost in the mail, we will reship your order (after 6 weeks), If we resend your order and we are later informed that you have received the original product shipment, we will bill the customer for the items received as in effect the customer would have received two shipments. Please note that customers can refuse to accept the second package so that the shipment will be returned to Reggae Treats.
We are not responsible for custom duties imposed on any items purchased from us. WE ARE BASED IN JAMAICA. All goods being brought into a country is subject to custom duties if they are deemed to be of a commercial nature. Goods bought for personal use or as gifts are much less likely to incur duties.
We are not responsible for items that are detained by the receiver's Custom Department as a result of an item being on a restricted list of the receiver's country. Please familiarize yourself with your country's policies relating to ALL items being offered on our site.
Please note that all handmade products will have slight variations, no two products will look the same as machines are not used to ensure consistency.
